The Safety Harbor Craft Beer Fest is a rain or shine event, and all ticket sales are final under normal circumstances. We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience, so please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Rain or Shine Policy

The festival will take place as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. Please plan accordingly and dress for the forecast.
Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the festival due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the following will apply:

  • The festival will be rescheduled to Saturday, April 4, 2026.

  • All tickets will automatically transfer to the new date — no action required by the ticket holder.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund by contacting us before March 28, 2026.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email safetyharborcraftbeerfest@gmail.com with:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. The email address used for purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
